Paulette Senegal, DNP(c), APRN, FNP-C, is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and Family Nurse Practitioner who specializes in Hormone Replacement Therapy, Weight Loss Therapy, IV Hydration Therapy and Therapeutic Neurotoxins (i.e., Botox, Dysport, Fillers). Paulette received her BSN at Prairie View A&M University and her MSN-FNP at Walden University. After spending several years working in the hospital setting, Paulette developed a newfound desire to not just treat people who were ill, but to provide an opportunity to keep people healthy in the first place. With such an optimistic but challenging goal in mind, Paulette founded Tru Luxe Medspa and Wellness, L.L.C., which has provided her the platform to follow her passion in creating and maintaining a healthy you. A lifelong learner, Paulette is currently a Doctoral Candidate pursing her Doctor of Nursing Practices degree at University of Incarnate Word.

James Senegal, affectionately known as Jaye, is a Certified Nutrition Coach and National Certified Phlebotomy Technician, and is currently pursuing his nursing degree at Baylor University. While spending the last 20 years in law enforcement, James has helped may people meet their weight loss goals and has a ton of experience and knowledge in optimal supplementation and athletic performance. After struggling his entire childhood and most of his young adult life with obesity, James was determined to find ways to optimize his health by addressing his personal metabolic challenges. To that note, James learned that health and nutritional wellness could not be accomplished with a “one size fits all” approach but needed to be done strategically to fit his individual goals and his DNA. While James does not advocate for one lifestyle approach over another, he learned that a Ketogenic lifestyle was best suited for his overall success. Knowing that the best nutritional approach is the one “you” can commit to and stick with, James now spends countless hours assisting individuals in finding a healthy lifestyle based on a number of personal factors for the best possible outcomes.
